Every pair of Premium Iron Horse Jeans is backed by a 1-year Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If any zipper, button, or seam should fail due to manufacturer defect within the first year of ownership, Iron Horse Jeans will repair or replace the product at their expense.

The Iron Horse Jean Company stands behind the quality of every pair of denim jeans we sell and hope you're happy with your purchase.
If either the workmanship or materials in a jean garment are defective, please return it and a replacement or repair will be made. This warranty is void if the garment has been subjected to accidental damage, abuse or is worn out. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are returning a defective garment, please call Consumer Relations at 1-858-385-1382, and we will issue a specific return authorization number so we may track your warranty claim. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns, and shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not accept COD shipments. Please do not return garments to a retailer for return as the warranty claim must be made directly with The Iron Horse Jean Company.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 7-10 business days for Iron Horse Jeans to receive your return, and another 14 days for processing either repair and/or providing a replacement pair.
Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-858-798-1382 with any questions or to discuss a defective garment.Please be sure to pack and seal your return securely. The Iron Horse Jean Company is not responsible for lost packages. We suggest that you insure your package when you mail it so you may file a claim with the postal carrier, if necessary. Insurance for your package may be purchased through the Post Office at a minimal cost. United Parcel Service rates include insurance.
